this is not a problem, at least on Debian CI. FYI external network
access is proxied in the Ubuntu infra, if you care.

This is a problem, as each test in autopkgtest has a timeout of ~ 2.5h
by default. Maybe try having multiple tests, one for English and a few
others for other languages.
