Thanks. I think this unrelated to the versioned Provides change.

For some reason perl-modules-5.28 (and the other arch:all binaries from
src:perl) disappeared totally from the Packages list last night for one
mirror cycle. I've filed #915948 against ftp.debian.org about it.

I expect those autopkgtest checks will succeed again once the mirror
the server is using has updated.
