Hi Maintainer

Python-opcua has been failing its own autopkgtests [1] since the upload 
of 0.95.1-1 with the following errors:


autopkgtest [18:23:27]: test basic-import-py2: [-----------------------
No handlers could be found for logger "opcua.client.client"

Pure Python OPC-UA library
