Bug#905331: log4cxx: autopkgtest test depends on liblog4cxx10-dev which isn't in testing

Dear Tobi,

Your package has an autopkgtest, great. However, the current test is
unsuitable for unstable-to-testing migration testing because it fails
when run in a pure testing environment. Therefore the reference if FAIL
and any package that actually breaks you package will not be tagged as such.

You d/t/control contains the following:
Depends: liblog4cxx10-dev, build-essential, @builddeps@, pkg-config, zip

I believe you renamed the -dev package to not contain the version
anymore and you don't build the transitional package anymore since your
last upload. Can you please update your test dependencies?

Small (unrelated) note: build-essential is already guaranteed to be
installed if you have @builddeps@.

Paul
