Bug#728049: adt-virt-schroot: avoid debconf prompts on running tests

Do you have a chance to do this? I'm still unable to reproduce this
behaviour. We've been running autopkgtest in production for a long
time now, in both Debian and Ubuntu, and never ran into debconf
prompts.
