I can reproduce the failure by setting umask 077 in the
NullRunner.test_tmpdir_for_other_users test.
> - script += 'rm -rf -- "$@"; mkdir -- "$@"\n'
> + script += 'rm -rf -- "$@"; mkdir -- "$@"; chmod 755 "$@"\n'
I used mkdir -m 755, which is more efficient and does the same.
