Bug#648142: autopkgtest: Leaves temporary apt configuration behind

Package: autopkgtest
Severity: important
Version: 2.0.1
Tags: patch
User: ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com

Hello,

while playing with adt-run for converting some packages to DEP-8, I
noticed that it leaves behind the apt configuration and sources:

  /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/90autopkgtest
  /etc/apt/preferences.d/90autopkgtest
  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/autopkgtest.list

The first one adds a lot of --force options, and leaving them in the
system is actively dangerous. The third leaves behind a nonexisting
apt source, confusing apt-get update.

Please consider applying attached patch.

Thanks,

Martin
