Uploaded chdrv 1.0.13-0.1 (source i386) to master (fwd)

Hi all,

Version 1.0.13 of chdrv has been packaged and uploaded, you can find
it under the unstable (Potato) tree. This version has GB support so
everyone is happy :)
Test it and report any bugs to me, thanks! :)
