這一版主要是修一些 configure 在 FreeBSD 上的問題，包括加入
-with-intlinc, -with-intllib 選項、自動偵測 -ldb 與 -ldb2 、
以及 xcin-2.5/cin make install 的問題。而這一版我也將 FreeBSD
a.out 的 configure 拿掉了，請 FreeBSD 的朋友試試，如果覺得有
需要改的話再跟我說。
