Actually, I think we should not put "zh/XLC_LOCALE zh_CN.GB2312"
in locale.dir at all, because "zh/XLC_LOCALE zh_CN.eucCN"
is already there.  I suggest adding

	zh_CN.GB2312				zh_CN.eucCN

in locale.alias instead.  What do you think?  :-)
