	不行啊.//cry
	我只做了 GB,BIG5,HZ的自动识别和HZ->GB的转换.
	我是调用 utf-converter来做转换的(当然,其他的也可以).
	我可以把我的程序完善一下,但至少要一个月以后才有时间
	做,我在做毕业设计呢.我毕业后大概会留校工作,时间会比较
	充裕.

	BTW: ftp.dlut.edu.cn/pub/PEOPLE/saka/autoconvert-0.1p1.tar.gz
	是我的程序,很短的.本来想给utf-converter做个补充的.
