Thanks for translating debian-reference.

For Bullseye, I mostly updated systemd related things. But I didn't have time to do
otherthings. Now that Bullseye is in deep freeze, I decided to update other parts.


I have updated "Debian Reference (version 2)" to address new topics (Systemd,
Wayland, IMAP, PipeWire, Linux kernel 5.10) and removed outdated topics (SysV init,
CVS, Subversion, SSH protocol 1, Linux kernels before 2.5).

Also, I am moving main branch from "master" to "latest" to make it less offensive.

So it may be easier to clone new.

If you are setting up weblate, please cope with this new branch name.

Even after major changes, 85% are kept valid.

I reorganized many parts, though. GUI and mouse has new text. Mail is now IMAP.

No need to rush to translate now. This can be done in coming 1+ year period.
