根据其 IP 可以查到服务器位于捷克。
网络速度是太稳定，时好时坏的。
只不过 weblate 支持把 po 文件下载下来，用 poedit 之类的工具进行翻译后，再上传。 这样的话，可以不依赖打开网页的速度了。
