星际译王，目前还是在 unstable 中：https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/stardict

https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=stardict，这个页面说明的不能够进入 testing 的理由是有版权 bug：  https://bugs.debian.org/911207

我看了下 https://salsa.debian.org/debian/stardict.git 代码里面，确实是有两个 exe 文件：

./tools/src/DeKDic.exe
./tools/src/KSDrip.exe

tools 目录里面的代码，是用来制作 stardict-tools 这个工具包的，普通用户一般不需要用到。

file ./tools/src/DeKDic.exe
./tools/src/DeKDic.exe: PE32 executable (console) Intel 80386, for MS Windows
file ./tools/src/KSDrip.exe
./tools/src/KSDrip.exe: MS-DOS executable

这两个文件，在 Linux 下也是无法运行的。

我们能否把这两个文件从源代码里面删除，重新打包 stardict-tools 这个工具包，是否就可以让其符合 Debian 的版权策略呢？
