其实“首页”不应该重定向到zh_TW页面吧，“首頁“才应该重定向到zh_TW。

我们有必要把这个重定向改一下吗？

点首页对应的 UTL 是 https://wiki.debian.org/首页 [1]
连接到是繁中 zh_TW 的首页 [2],
而实际上的页面是这个 [3], zh_TW 还是老旧的版本.

问题, 简体的入口在哪?
