gnome-terminal启动后不出现命令提示符($)的问题

大家好，
我系统的gnome-terminal，启动时，一直不出现$提示符，没有办法正常使用。
此时.xsession-errors文件中的log为：
(gnome-terminal:3695): Vte-2.90-WARNING **: 无法将字符从 当前 转换至 X-
VTE-GUNICHAR。
Unhandled value type TerminalEncoding of pspec encoding

我的系统是Wheezy i386环境，gnome-terminal版本是：3.4.1.1

尝试过的办法：
1、我试过将gnome2,gnome2_private,gconf这三个文件夹删除，但问题依然存在。
2、在~/.bashrc文件末尾加入如下的代码,LC_ALL=C;export LC_ALL;但问题还是没
有解决。

我在网上搜索了下，也没有找到解决的办法，哪位能给我点提示，谢谢。
