在sid中，fglrx-driver依赖与
 xorg-video-abi-11 | xorg-video-abi-10 | xorg-video-abi-8 | xorg-video-abi-6.0
而xserver-xorg-core提供xorg-video-abi-12

所以依赖关系没有被满足，并且fglrx-driver已经从testing中移除了[1],
请等待一段时间，等待其更新，在这一段时间里，建议暂时使用xserver-xorg-video-vesa或者xserver-xorg-video-ati，xserver-xorg-video-radeon。

另外当前的fglrx-driver 不支持最新的xserver-xorg, 请见bug 671320 [2]
