不太了解你说的语音网关是什么东西啊。有不少asterisk产品只有几千块钱的
另外，如果纯软电话的话，其扩展能力基本上是无限的，而国威那种简陋交换机，如果已经插满了板子，又需要扩容，可就费劲了。
