TO 大家： 我已经解决这个问题了，参考: [SOLVED] Karmic RT2870 Driver Tutorial - Ubuntu Forums 

就是禁用开源驱动，在 /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist中增加语句:

blacklist rt2x00usb

blacklist rt2x00lib

blacklist rt2800usb

拔掉网卡，卸载掉这些驱动以及rt2870sta，再插上网卡。
