使用l2tpd连接VPN的问题

为何我这边连接VPN的时候老是拨号拨不上去，或者每次拨号拨上去马上就断开，
连接最多只能持续2分钟，少的时候几十秒，甚至根本拨不上去。拨上去的时候能
分配IP。
机器在局域网里面，通过路由器连接到外网，然后拨号到VPN。外网一直能连接上

想让大家看看是什么原因？我已经把Server的防火墙服务关闭了，会不会是上面的
路由器防火墙问题，还有人告诉我有可能是防火墙会自动关闭空闲的连接，也有人
告诉我可能是两台机器用同一个帐号去拨号导致的冲突（不过我已经联系了拨号服
务提供者，他们说只看见我一个在拨号），还有可能是不是配置错误，但是我在自
己公司配置的时候
都没有出问题，拿到客户那里安装的时候就出问题了
