太奇怪了，emacs23 和 scim 配合这么难吗？我这里自从装上那一天就可以直接
调出 scim，不需要任何设置。我没有装 mule-ucs，也没有用 scim-bridge.el,
it just works.
还有哪位兄弟用 emacs23 + scim，出来确认一下是否存在问题？
