I believe these two version of translation are of the same meaning and
can be converged.  Waiting for feedback.

I won't expect simplified Chinese in UTF-8 can be successfully converted
into BIG5 :) It should work by first converting the simplified Chinese
text to traditional Chinese text with either zh-autoconvert or by Google
translation and then to BIG5.
