99 translated messages, 63 fuzzy translations, 281 untranslated messages.
我是没有时间翻译了，有时间和兴趣的人欢迎来帮忙。
另外 LI Daobing 曾经翻译了 iso-codes 的很大一部分，其中很可能已经有了大
部分这里的城市或地区名的翻译。翻译这个 tzdata 的时候可以参考。保持不同软
件的翻译间的一致性，也是很重要的。
