Attached is the simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translation.  The POT file
I based on was updated to the 20061016 version (the arbitrary ->
arbitrarily change).

The previous translator, Carlos, works with me in a translation team.
I've also notified him that I am going to work on this update, altough
he hasn't respond yet, I don't think he'll have any objections.  The
mailing list of the team is also cc'ed.
