有没有好的本地备份的脚本

大家好，

我只是想备份一下 ～ 目录里以  . 开头的文件，和 /etc /boot 等目录。
不知有没有可以设定备份那些文件、又能适当标记日期的备份脚本。

只是想备份在硬盘里，不要网络功能。 自己不会写，所以要找个简单易用的。
