我以前遇到过这个问题，我的经验是下面两个，仅供参考：
如果用 initrd 的话，要把 cramfs 也选上。 这个在你用 make-kpkg 时会有
一大串提示，说的就是这个。
还有，也有可能是 devfs 的问题。但是具体记不请了，似乎要安装 makedev 这个包
什么的。 你先试试前一个，估计就是 cramfs 的原因。
