先声明一下, 我自己没有做过 quota 方面的设置, 所以说的仅仅是自己的推断,
没有实际测试过的.

postconf 确实没有这个参数, 估计是打过 quota patch 的.
不知道最新的里面有没有.

另外如果使用其他的处理程序, 可能就跟 postfix 本身关系不大了, 
quota 的设置应该由实际的处理程序那边来做吧. 我感觉应该是这样的,
