Chinput 本来就是要运行一次, 然后就可以使用了. 相当于一个服务器跑
在后台的.
不过 Chinput 已经相当老了, 而且也不怎么更新, 推荐 SCIM.

unicon-im 似乎现在主要是 zhcon 在用, 其他的一般都不用.
