更新 tasksel 简体中文 task
task 文件内容详见附件。
chinese-s -- 基本中文支持 (console 模式)
chinese-s-desktop -- 图形桌面中文支持
已修改内容：
1. 去除了所有 latex/tex 相关包 (tasksel 将不安装 TeX 内容)
比如 tfm-*、psfontmgr
2. 去除了所有 non-free 包，包括 cmap-adobe-gb1 和 gs-cjk-resources
3. 增加了 fcitx、scim-chinese 和 scim-tables-zh 三个中文输入软件
4. 增加了 mlterm 和 rxvt-unicode-ml 两个终端软件
5. 增加了 stardict 字典软件
疑问：
1. kon2、yh、yiyantang、chdrv、bg5ps 和 pydict 是否要保留呢？
这几个包很久都没有更新，似乎也没听说还有谁在使用。
2. 要包含 xcin 输入软件吗？虽然它可以支持 GB2312。
