Linux in China

I don't know how many people here read Planet Debian
(http://planet.debian.net/), for those who don't:

I found a blog entry by Roger So (a DD from Hong Kong, if I remember
correctly) talking about the future of Linux in China (mainland).  Well,
not really optimistic, but just as expected.
