  不需要这个，除非你要让外寄的信件能够使用 auth smtp 通过
  对方 mail server 认证才可以把信件寄到对方，这时候才需要
  smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes。另外若是开启该项目，还需要
  另外设定对方主机名称，包含使用者帐号与密码，以便于知道
  寄到那一台主机时，要使用通过认证的帐号密码资讯。
