有两点你必须要注意
1. 请自己先编过一次 kernel
   记得...记得要 reboot  也就是必须用你编过的 kernel 开机

2. 再去你用的 kernel 的 source 的地方  接著照上面的步骤做 make-kpkg
modules-image  这样应该就可以

重点就是必须自己先编过 kernel  而且要用新的 kernel 开完机之后才能够
make nvidia 的 deb ....
