强烈要求处理垃圾信件

mail list 的问题，还是大家出个办法处理一下吧。
简直没发看信了。而且谁知道里面有没有病毒。

不知道开放是什么意思？是说没有在list subscribe
的人也可以向里面发信，并转发吗？
