    嗯现在可以访问了。
	不过，内容该更新了。
	首先locale的生成不应该再手工编辑etc/locale.gen了。
	其次，现在似乎不需要手工设置LC_ALL,LC_CTYPE,LANG这些环境变量了，locales
包已经做好了必需的设置工作了。
	本来早想贡献一些faq，可惜由于某些原因，暂时没有时间来证实我的一些新的认识，
怕写错了反而给别人带来困惑。
