看你的 runlevel 为何，
例如 runlevel 为 2 的话，
可以在 /etc/rc2.d/ 目录下建一个 "S??" (??为数字)开头的档案，
把这个档案 link 到你的 rc.local 档即可......
你可以参考一下 /etc/rc.d/rcS 这个 script 就知道为甚么要这样做了 :)
