 加入这样的设置后，mutt就不会进行utf8转换了。
$(HOME)/.muttrc 

set charset=gb2312  
set send_charset=us-ascii:iso-8859-1:gb2312:big5:utf-8

Hmm.  Maybe we should setup the debian-chinese-utf-8 mailing list?
We'll have UTF-8 locales sooner or later anyway.
