在 Debian unstable (sid, 不是 woody) 可以，但记得安装 devfsd、iptables
等为 kernel 2.4.x 而设的软件。
在 Debian 2.2r2，可以不是不可以，但也是要安装 devfsd、ppp-2.4 等软件，
而如果你要架设 firewall，你 compile kernel 时就不可以选 iptables 而
要选 ipchains，因为 Debian 2.2r2 里面没有 iptables 这个包。还有其它相当的
细节，如果你真的要试的话，准备要花不少时间。
