这当然是很技术的问题了，不过先不管技术方面，先谈谈 end-user
这方面，会发觉 end-user 和开发者纯技术上的看法不一定相同。
像我当初接触 Linux 的时候，并不会想到什么 i18n/unicode，只
想有个 NJStar/NJWin 可以用就很方便了，事实上，到现在我渐渐
了解到 i18n/unicode 技术方面是更胜一筹，但要让我选择的话，
我还是会选类似 NJStar 的东东。
这并不是我的偏见，因为我事实上比较常在英文环境下工作，一加
上 zh 的 locale 要叫出一个 kppp(我是使用 icewm)便会等一下才
会出现，在英文环境比较不会如此，我的系统已经是 celeron800+
256MB RAM 了！我另一个 p133+32MB Ram 的机器，那就更严重了。
我喜欢全部都是英文环境(这是 OS 的母环境吧！:)，在要用到中文
时，*要用到* 的部份出现中文即可，其他的部份不关系统的事，用
完中文后，又能马上回到原来的环境。:)

我不是来论战的，是来闲聊。我的需求不一定就是别人的需求。:-)))
