Debian 的 testing/unstable 版里面的已经是用 Linux kernel 2.4.x 的了。
（其实是 2.2.x 和 2.4.x 都可以用。）这个将会在 Debian 2.3 推出时内附。
现在，如果你用的是 Debian testing/woody 版，你可以直接用 apt-get 安装。
如果要在 Debian 2.2 底下安装 kernel 2.4，在 www.debian.org 上的新闻栏
有详细的说明。
