法律问题. 因为 Mozilla 从 0.7 起内附 PSM (Personal Security Manager, 给
SSL 用的加密套件), 而含加密程式的套件能不能进入 main archive 则一直是被受
争议的问题. 这问题曾在 debian-legal 上讨论了很久.
幸好 Ben Collins 已寻求了法律援助, 相信此问题很快便会有答案.
