由于我是使用 modem 上网，因此才会使用可以离线阅读的 slrn
，看来我得另想他法了。

perl 版 decode filter。看了一下 code，发觉，我的想像力
及创造力得再加强些，真希望自己也能写些小工具来用用！:-)
