哈哈，可以请于兄加进 Debian ZH FAQ 里面了。
在 ~/.muttrc 加这行：
set charset=big5
或者，如果您不介意常常要自己动手的话，可以在执行 mutt 之后，但在
开始发信或回信以前，按 : (冒号)，再输入 set charset=big5，也就是
即时修改 mutt 的变数了。
不过，似乎目前 Debian unstable 里面的 mutt 跟 glibc-2.2 还是不合，
中文支援有问题，所以我们都迫不得已地使用：
$ LANG= LC_CTYPE= LC_ALL= mutt
这样，虽然没有中文讯息，但至少信里面的中文字可以正常显示。
