locale 没设对。
cp /etc/xcinrc ~/.xcinrc
改 ~/.xcinrc 把 locale 设成您目前的 locale。
* /usr/share/doc 上应会有 xcin 的文件可以参考。
执行 locale 指令本身就可以知道您目前的 locale 状态。
