自然码似乎有版权问题，听 zhaoway 兄 (?) 说大陆曾因而起官司，
而 cantonese.cin 那个也相信有问题，加上有朋友回报 bug report
说里面有错字错音，所以为安全起见，都是不要放上 http://xcin.linux.org.tw/
了。

以下是方汉兄前一阵子在 cle-devel 和 debian-chinese 的回信。
如果 xcin 里的 wubizixing (五笔字形) 是 Level 1 的话，
相信没有版权问题，可以安心使用。

WuBi in mainland have two level, Level 1 is publich domain, Have no
