您正在用 Debian 吗？如果是，可以先安装 bug 或 reportbug
这两个软件包，然后先看看说明，再执行 "bug emacs20" 或
"reportbug emacs20"，再填写 bug report，就可以了。
我自己比较喜欢 reportbug，因为 reportbug 会自动上网查找
您准备写的 bug report，有没有其他人已经写了，这样，您就不用写了。
如果您怕麻烦，不妨用普通 text-editor 写好一份 bug report，
再转寄给我，我会帮您代寄。 :-)
（不过想起来，可能我自己写一份，也不过两三分钟的功夫……
