Since task-chinese-t and task-chinese-s were installed, I assume you've
got all needed packages. To use arphic TTF fonts, add a line

    FontPath   "unix/:7100"

into your /etc/X11/XF86Config, and run

1. startx
2. /etc/init.d/xdm start (recommended since "-deferglyphs 16" is added by
   default)
3. /etc/init.d/gdm start

depending on your settings. BTW, make sure xfs-xtt is running.
