应该不是 CLE 这个原因. 以前直接抓 Apache 的 source 回来产生的执行档.
就算没有 <HTML lang="zh-TW">, 只有 <HTML> 及 <META...> 一样不会有这
个问题.
但是 Debian 2.2 中的 Apache 只要没有指定 <HTML lang="zh-TW">, 就
会造成 IE 浏览的编码错误.
等一下试试看直接在 Debian 2.2 中重做一个 Apache 试试看.
