Apache & IE

请问：
我用 IE5.0 浏览 Apache 上的中文网页时，会显示乱码
，在 IE 的编码中选 big5 后会正常，但再看一次时，又
会回到乱码，每次看时，都不会自动选择 big5 ，不知
原何在？
