zhcon 0.2.3上傳至unstable

Hi all
  zhcon已經上傳至 unstable. 0.2.3-1 Debian包重新修正了unicon輸入法支持。安裝
zhcon 0.2.3時請允許覆蓋/etc/zhcon.conf，否則unicon輸入法可能無法正常工作。
