man telnetd
可能可以打開debug模式，看看它在幹什麼。
我會把
127.0.0.1 localhost
放到 /etc/hosts 裡的。
man hosts
預設的 /etc/hosts.deny 是paranoid ，應該會進行反查，查不到
就不讓連接。也可能是別的原因。
